Hennessy experience with the Hennessy President Bernard Peillon
Sunday, July 16, 2017
Hey beautiful people,
Hope you have been keeping well. It's been a minute since I posted here on the blog the reason being I've been putting so much effort on my Youtube Channel. I've posted at least 7 videos and I have 51 subscribers! not much but am happy about that, so if you haven't subscribed you are missing a whole lot, subscribe asap.
Last week I had the pleasure of gracing an event at Kiza bar and restaurant courtesy of Hennessy. Moet Hennessy Kenya was pleased to host Mr. Benard Peillon the president of Hennessy (LVMH group) on his maiden trip to Kenya.

Consistency and color blocking
Tuesday, April 11, 2017
"If only people understood how important it is to be consistent. Everything that has value in life is a product of consistency. Success, health, fitness, wealth, friendships, relationships, and all other aspirations are all about consistency." - Sylvester McNutt III,consistency.I found that quote on Instagram and I immediately took a screen shot. It really spoke to me. Truly there is success in consistency especially if you want to reach your goals. You can't start something today and a week later give up and still expect to achieve success. Most times consistency comes with its own challenges. Let me give you an example from my own experience, as a fashion blogger I work so hard on my blog hoping to attract new followers and subscribers. Yes, I do get new followers but the thing is they are not as many as I would like to have because every month I have a target for new followers and when I don't meet my target I feel like just giving up. One thing that keeps me going is the passion I have for fashion and blogging and in as much as the growth might be slow, I believe in consistency the more I keep doing what I love the more I achieve success no matter how slow the growth might be. Like I always say, forward is forward keep moving.
Weekend dress
Saturday, April 1, 2017
The weekend is finally here and its April already! Days are flying by so fast, just the other it was January and now here we are looking forward to Easter. Its all good though.
I bet by now you all know how much am into short dresses, I've worn them a couple of times here on the blog. I like wearing short dresses during fashion events or on a night out. When I saw this particular dress I saw my name written all over it, it was love at first sight. I particularly like the peplum and the animal print details. I paired the dress with nude pumps to keep the look sassy and classy.

Laced

Happy Monday darlings!
One thing I always know for a fact is that you can never go wrong with the colour black. I like lace tops but if I were to choose between a white one and a black one, I would definitely go for the black one because its easier to style and also pairing it up is quite simple. You can either go for a bright coloured pair of pants or skirt and still look stylish. This look can perfectly pass for a day to night look as well.

Event recap : Exclusive Hennessy dinner
Friday, March 3, 2017
Last week I attended an exclusive dinner courtesy of Moet Hennessy Kenya & Viva global. The dinner was at Intercontinental Nairobi. The global brand development director of Moet Hennessy, Mr. Laurent Dominguez was our host together with Mr. Alexandre Helaine Moet Hennessy marketing manager. The dinner was well attended by top lifestyle personalities and the dining experience gave all the attendees an immersion of the rich heritage finesse and sophistication of Maison Hennessy.
Mr. Dominguez used the stages of a 4-course fine dining meal to let the personalities sip and savor the different pearls on the Hennessy crown. We were able to learn and taste the great cognacs of Maison Hennessy; the very special (V.S), Very Superior Old Pale (VSOP) and of course the ultimate Extra Old (X.O) accompanied by stories of how each name came to be.
The dinner experience was amazing and I got to learn so much about Hennessy which is one of my favorite drinks. Here are more photos from the event.
