On Friday night I did my usual crochet braids, this time round I was trying a different method to install them. Let me tell you half through I was giving up because it was quite challenging. The method that I used is known as "Lazy girl crochet".

Darling Curly Kinky Crochet braids review

My go to protective hairstyle is crochet braids. I like them because they are quite easy to DIY (do it yourself). Darling Kenya recently launched new crochet braids among them is the curly kinky braid and ladies this is one hair style I highly recommend. I used one and a half packets to achieve this look and I will upload a you tube video very soon on my channel taking you through a step by step tutorial on how I did it.

Crochet Braids Super dread Angels + my first youtube video

Hey, good people!

Am happy to announce am finally on Youtube! yaaaaayy, youtube it's such an achievement for me considering that I filmed, edited and uploaded the video all by myself and to be honest it wasn't as easy as I thought. Shout out to youtube content creators, I have mad respect for you all. Editing is an art on its own and honestly, it's not for the faint hearted. It has taken me a month of filming and deleting videos and watching tutorials on how to shoot and edit videos and am proud of myself for finally getting a hint on how to go about it.

So the video was a quick crochet braid tutorial. I used 3 packets of super dread crochet braids, a packet costs kshs 350. I first had lines done and this is how they looked like.

Crochet Braids Afro Kinky Bulk

Happy Monday beautiful peeps!

I've been on a roll with these crochet braids and am supper proud of myself. I installed these Afro kinky bulk in an hour. It was quite easy since they are thick and the texture is kinky so its so easy to knot them, I did only one knot unlike the cherish bulk which were quite slippery I had to knot them 5 times for them to stay intact.

So for this new hair style I used 3 packets of afro kinky bulk. I had normal lines done,you know those lines you had when in primary school? Yes,those ones.
