June and July are the coldest months in Kenya and keeping it stylish when its cold is possible. Today I share with you my go to outfits when its cold.

How I started my fashion blog and a few tips to get you started

I have been receiving  so many questions on how I started out as a blogger and today I will share with you my journey. I started blogging in 2011/2012 back then I wasn't ready to share my own personal style, I would particularly post pictures of African fashion models wearing African print outfits. I was fascinated that kitenge was actually a trend overseas and there were different trendy ways to custom make them.

Outfit Post : Cut out Jeans & Stiletto Heel Boots

Cut out jeans are so in this season and getting them in white was a plus for me as i didn't have a pair of white jeans before i got this one.I paired them with this stiletto Heel boots that i heart so much.They kind of look like Ladies Timberland Boots.To add colour to the whole look i wore this mesh like blue sweater,its actually  warm despite the "holes"i wear it when its not very cold.The boots made me feel like a cow girl for some reason i think its because they are sharp pointed the only thing i was missing was a hat!I had so much fun taking this photos.You be the judge and let me know what you think of this outfit!oooh and do check out Serinda Fashions she has really nice stylish outfits that's where i bought my jeans for only kshs 500 bob,such a bargain right!Thank me later.

Street Style:New York Fashion Week 2013

I just can't get enough of street style at the New York fashion week,i keep on checking up fashion Bomb Daily's faceBook Page .One thing is for sure street style is becoming a big deal just like the runway shows in most fashion events.With that said check out the street style New York Fashion week.My favourite looks!

It's simple, with minimal wording and maximum style".-Sunday Times.I think of him as Africa's Tommy Ton as he captures unique fashion moments in the streets.
